In connection with the application on 25 May 2018 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”), , Piszczek FPHU with its registered office at 33-311 Dąbrowa 289 , informs that from 25 May 2018 you have the rights specified below in relation to the processing of your personal data by Piszczek FPHU

At the same time, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we would like to inform you that from May 25, 2018, the following information and principles related to the processing of your personal data will be effective.

Protection and processing of personal data

At the same time, pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR, we would like to inform you that from May 25, 2018, the following information and principles related to the processing of your personal data will be effective.

Each visitor to this website may be assigned a User ID for Google Analytics and Google AdWords. Your data may be further processed by GOOGLE IRELAND LIMITED, Address: 1ST & 2ND FLOOR, GORDON HOUSE, BARROW STREET, DUBLIN 4.

The administrator of your personal data is  Piszczek FPHU with its registered office at  33-311 Dąbrowa 289 .

Your personal data will be processed:

in order to send you information and accounting documents in connection with the services provided,

in order to send you information and marketing content if you have given your consent – ​​the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of  Piszczek FPHU (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR; the legitimate interest of  Piszczek FPHU is to send you marketing content during the period of providing services to you by electronic means or by post

for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on  Piszczek FPHU under generally applicable legal provisions, including tax and accounting regulations – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 paragraph 1 letter c of the GDPR,

for analytical and statistical purposes – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of  Piszczek FPHU (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f) of the GDPR, the legitimate interest of  Piszczek FPHU is to analyse the results of its business activities,

in order to pursue the legitimate interest of  Piszczek FPHU consisting in the possible establishment, pursuit of claims or defense against claims – the legal basis for the processing of personal data is the legitimate interest of  Piszczek FPHU (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter f of the GDPR).

The recipients of your personal data may be:

providers of IT systems, hosting and IT services,

entities providing accounting, debt collection, legal, analytical and marketing services to Piszczek FPHU ,

postal operators and couriers,

electronic payment system operators and banks in the field of payment execution,

authorities entitled to receive your personal data under the law.

Piszczek FPHU will  not transfer your personal data to third countries.

Your personal data will be processed:

in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing sales contracts – for the time necessary to perform all obligations arising from the sales contracts,

in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of providing services to you electronically – for the duration of the provision of services to you electronically,

in the case of personal data processed for the purpose of sending marketing content to you by  Piszczek FPHU – until you object to the processing of personal data in this respect,

in the case referred to in point 3 letter d) above – for the duration of the provision of services to you electronically

in the case referred to in point 3(e) above – until the expiry of the limitation period for claims. After this period, personal data will be processed only to the extent and for the period required by law, including accounting regulations.

Your personal data will be subject to profiling.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. For evidentiary purposes,  Piszczek FPHU requests that you withdraw your consent in writing to the following address ( 33-311 Dąbrowa 289 ) or electronically (email to biuro@piszczek.com.pl ).

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify it, delete it or limit its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection.

You have the right to data portability, which includes the right to receive data and send it to another controller or to request, if technically possible, that the data be sent directly to another controller.

Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to provide services electronically to you or to conclude and perform sales contracts. Failure to provide the personal data required by Piszczek FPHU will result in the inability to provide services electronically or to conclude sales contracts.
